NHPC Non-Executive Recruitment 2025 – Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Assistant Rajbhasha Officer (ARO): Master’s in Hindi/English with 60% (50% for SC/ST/PwBD) + 3 years’ relevant experience.
- Junior Engineer (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical/E&C): 3-year full-time Diploma with 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD). Higher qualification without diploma not accepted.
- Supervisor (IT): Graduate with DOEACC ‘A’ level / Diploma in CS/IT / BCA / B.Sc. (CS/IT) with 60% marks.
- Sr. Accountant: Inter CA / Inter CMA passed.
- Hindi Translator: Master’s in Hindi/English with 1 year experience OR Degree/Diploma in Translation.
Age Limit
- Maximum Age: 30 years (as on last date).
- Relaxation: SC/ST – 5 years, OBC-NCL – 3 years, PwBD – 10–15 years, Ex-Servicemen as per Govt. norms.

- ARO (E1): ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000
- JE / Supervisor / Sr. Accountant (S1): ₹29,600 – ₹1,19,500
- Hindi Translator (W06): ₹27,000 – ₹1,05,000
