🎓 Educational Qualification (As on 31 August 2025)
- Civil: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering with minimum 65% marks or CGPA 6.84/10
- Electrical: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics with 65% marks
- Refrigeration & A/C: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical with Refrigeration/Air Conditioning as a core/elective
- Architecture: Bachelor’s in Architecture + valid Council of Architecture registration
✅ Final-year students can apply if they complete their degree by 31 August 2025.
