Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), under its Marketing Division – Northern Region, has announced a large-scale Apprentice recruitment drive for the year 2025-26. This engagement is being carried out through Advertisement No. IOCL/MKTG/NR/APPR/2025-26/2 for filling 500+ Technical and Non-Technical Apprentice vacancies.

The apprenticeship opportunities are available across several northern states including Delhi, Haryana, Punjab, Chandigarh, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, and Uttarakhand. Eligible candidates can submit their applications online from 27 December 2025, following a two-step registration process.

📌 Apprentice Categories & Eligibility : IOCL Apprentice Recruitment 2025

Candidates can apply based on their educational qualification as detailed below:

🔧 Technician Apprentice (Diploma Holders)

• Disciplines: Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Instrumentation, Electronics, Electrical & Electronics
• Qualification: 3-Year Regular Full-Time Diploma in relevant engineering discipline
• Marks Required:
  • General/OBC: Minimum 50%
  • SC/ST/PwBD: Minimum 45%

🛠️ Trade Apprentice (ITI)

• Trades: Fitter, Electrician, Machinist, Electronics Mechanic, Instrument Mechanic
• Qualification:
  • Matriculation + 2-Year ITI Certificate
  • ITI must be recognized by NCVT/SCVT

🎓 Graduate Apprentice

• Streams: B.A., B.Sc., B.Com, B.B.A. (Any discipline)
• Qualification: Regular Full-Time Graduation
• Marks Required:
  • General/OBC: Minimum 50%
  • SC/ST/PwBD: Minimum 45%

💻 Trade Apprentice – Data Entry Operator

• Fresher Category:
  • 12th Pass (must not be a graduate)
• Skill Certificate Category:
  • 12th Pass + Domestic Data Entry Operator Skill Certificate

• Maximum Age: 24 Years

Age Relaxation:

• Selection will be done strictly on merit basis, calculated from:
  • ITI / Diploma / Graduation marks
• Shortlisted candidates will be called for:

After portal registration, candidates must fill the Microsoft Form to select location preferences.
