The Bank of Maharashtra (BoM), one of India’s fastest-growing public sector banks headquartered in Pune with over 2,600 branches nationwide, has officially announced a massive recruitment drive under Project 2025-26. 🏦

✅ Eligibility Criteria – BoM Generalist Officer Jobs

Nationality: Indian citizens or eligible categories as per Government rules.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Integrated Dual Degree in any discipline with 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD) from a recognized university.
• OR Chartered Accountant.
• Desirable: CMA, CFA, ICWA, JAIIB, CAIIB.

Experience: Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience as an officer in any scheduled public/private sector bank. Preference for candidates with branch head, credit, or in-charge experience.

Age Limit (as on 31.07.2025):

• Minimum: 22 years
• Maximum: 35 years
• Age relaxation: SC/ST – 5 years, OBC(NCL) – 3 years, PwBD – up to 15 years.

💰 Pay Scale & Perks

Scale II Pay Band: ₹64,820 – 2,340/1 – 67,160 – 2,680/10 – 93,960 + DA, HRA/Lease Rental, CCA, Medical & other allowances.

1. Online Exam (150 marks)
   • English Language – 20 Qs (20 min)
   • Quantitative Aptitude – 20 Qs (20 min)
   • Reasoning Ability – 20 Qs (20 min)
   • Professional Knowledge – 90 Qs (60 min)
   • Negative Marking: 0.25 for each wrong answer.
2. Interview (100 marks)
   Final Merit: 75% weightage for online test + 25% for interview.
