Responsibilities
Tele Associates
Dispose of cases with appropriate reason code based on interaction with respective vendors Set up follow-up calls as per the seller’s wishes Maintain quality results by following standards and guidelines Must have computer with internet and Android phone Achieve daily/weekly/monthly business goals Work at least 3-4 hours a day Voice-Based Calling Processing and Data Entry This is a completely non-sales profile.
Responsibilities for Part-Time Customer Service Associate/Customer Service Associate – Provide on call assistance to Indiamart buyers Verify information from buyer and update the same on the portal Work for this as part time or full time.
HR Talent Acquisition
Design the company’s recruitment strategy Work with business leaders to determine hiring needs Advertise job postings on multiple recruiting sources Find candidates in different ways Conduct a Screening Call Shortlist candidates based on high performance criteria Schedule interviews on behalf of hiring teams Build relationships with prospective candidates Track metrics to support successes and improvement opportunities.
Executive
Build and manage productive, business relationships with customers Ensure customers are using and benefiting from IndiaMART Maximize revenue by enhancing other activities and achieve fortnightly, monthly customer retention and revenue targets quick resolution of complaints 4-5 personal meetings daily with clients on site.
Selection Process
For Indiamart Recruitment, candidates will be selected based on Shortlisting and Virtual/Field Interview. If a candidate is shortlisted as per their desired age and qualification, they will be informed through registered mobile number or email ID for further interview process.
